After placing an order, CocoaShea can take up to 5 business days to process your order. Based on your shipping service, shipping usually take 3-5 business days. Please note we are not responsible for any shipping issues during the shipping process. Our third-party UPS, USPS, and DHL assume responsibility once we submit all tracking info to our customers. If there is a tracking or delivery issue kindly contact the third-party used.
