Refund policy

RIGHT TO CANCEL, NO REFUNDS, &  NO RETURNS 

To be eligible for a cancel, your order must be within 24 hours of purchase. 

To start a cancel, you can contact us at cocoa.sheahq@gmail.com. Please note your order number and full name so that we can ensure the order gets cancel successfully. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Refunds
Do to the nature of our products, once they are opened we cannot accept refunds. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at cocoa.sheahq@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our beauty items. In rare instances you may be entitled to a return and refund if the items ordered are received damaged or lost/stolen. please contact us at cocoa.sheahq@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
