WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?

100% natural ingredients, with unrefined shea butter sourced from Ghana, West Africa. All products are free from preservatives, gluten, and/ or parabens.

CAN COCOASHEA BE USED ON HAIR?

YES! Shea butter has the power of versatility and can be used for all hair types. We recommend using the raw whipped shea butter for your natural tresses.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COCOASHEA?

Please keep CocoaShea stored at room temperature or in a cool place. Due to our main ingredients being butter-based, high heat (over 85F) will cause the product to melt. A quick remedy to the melted butter is to pop it right in the fridge for it to solidify again. Keep in mind, due to the whipped consistency, once melted, the butter may change in texture. 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

At this current time: returns, refunds and exchanges are not permitted due to the nature of our products. All items are handmade with love, so please thoroughly check the ingredients prior to purchasing!

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

For processing and shipment for pre-orders please allow up to 5-7 business days for your item to be processed and handmade before shipment. If there is any further delay in your order, we will be sure to contact you ahead of time. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/First Class Mail and should arrive between 3-4 business days.
